My name is Rosie Coulstring and I am a Local Specialist Leader for The Bristol Standard, working in a great team who offer a wealth of experience.
My background is in Early Years teaching, and I was a Reception and Nursery Teacher for 12 years as well as being Head of Early Years at the British School of Beijing. I lived in Beijing for 3 years and in the Middle East, in Doha for 2 years where I was able to immerse myself in different cultures, weathers, food and languages.
My passion for Early Years extended to setting up my own Childminding business back in Bristol and having my son who is now at school.

I am now supporting childminders in the city as a Childminder Support Worker, alongside my role as LSL and I have recently become Lead Teacher for North Bristol.
