Think Family and the Family Outcome Plan

Discussions are underway with Children’s Centres about the use of the Family Outcome Plan (originally drawn up for work with Troubled Families) as an outcome plan which could be used to measure the impact of services provided through Children’s Centres on outcomes for families with young children.
